Robylon AI
Robylon AI is a customer support platform for deploying AI agents across web chat, email, WhatsApp, voice, social channels and review platforms. It can run as a standalone support workspace or connect with the helpdesk and CRM systems a team already uses.
Agents answer questions using company documentation, support procedures and other knowledge sources. One knowledge base can serve several channels, and the agent detects the customer's language during a conversation. Robylon documents support for more than 40 languages, although available channels, models and knowledge limits vary by plan.
The more useful capability is taking actions in connected tools. An agent can retrieve order information, begin a return in Shopify, update a Zendesk ticket or use another approved integration while resolving the conversation. Access depends on the credentials and permissions assigned by the business, so sensitive actions should be restricted and tested before wider deployment.
Robylon connects with platforms including Zendesk, Freshworks, Intercom, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, Shopify, Slack, Microsoft Teams and Twilio. The visual workflow builder lets support teams define responses, actions and escalation rules without relying on developers for every change.
Conversations that need a person can move into a shared inbox for human handoff. Optional live agent seats add ticket handling, internal notes, conversation tags, AI reply assistance and team reporting. Voice support, advanced reporting and some integrations are limited to specific plans or add ons.
Analytics cover conversation volume, response performance and support outcomes. Higher plans add deeper reporting and AI generated insights. Robylon states that it is SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA compliant, aligned with GDPR and CPRA, and able to provide US data residency. Organizations with regulated data should confirm the exact controls and contractual coverage required for their use case.
A free plan is shown on the current pricing table, followed by paid credit based plans. Credits are consumed by AI activity, while human agent seats and some branding, domain, voice and analytics features are priced separately. One pricing FAQ describes the Starter tier differently from the main table, so confirm the current allowance before deployment.
